Haveing been born in 1982, I grew up with this movie. I thought, and still think this is the best cartoon movie ever made. Its themes and characters are easy to follow and very lovable, from our hero to the villin. If you have not yet seen this movie I strongly recommend seeing it before it is forgotten forever.
Twice Upon a Time

This item has been a great way to support our little guy’s upper body while he practices being on his tummy. At four months, he has just started enjoying the activity even though he’s been using it for over a month. The removable leaves have become one of his favorite toys since all of the pieces fit in his mouth, and he can grasp the toy with his hands. I like and dislike that the u-shaped part is removable. I don’t like it because it creates almost a hazard if he is not monitored 100% of the time. He starts moving off of the cushioned surface to the floor which isn’t as baby friendly to his skin. I do like this quality because I have put that piece on the bed, on the ottoman, or wherever it suits us for him to practice on his tummy. That makes the piece very versatile. Overall, I recommend it.

My 3 month old baby HATED tummy time but she was sooo fascinated with this product that she’d lay on it for as long as I left her there. Her face would light up when she inadvertently made the crackly part make noises. She is now 4 months old and is very strong. She’s able to prop herself up on her hands/arms without the help of the pad. She’s still in love with mirrors of any sort. My baby girl also has acid reflux. The pad is low and soft enough that it doesn’t put alot of undue pressure on her chest/tummy. I highly recommend this pad to anyone looking to help their baby enjoy tummy time.

I’ve waited a life time for a vacuum like the Hoover Tempo Widepath! I’ve purchased 4 in the last 8 years, and none of them could come close to the performance of this little darling. And, I can’t believe that it works so well, but costs so little. I never expected such a GREAT product at this price point! As wonderful as the Tempo is, it does have 2 small negatives. 1., the cord is too short, 2. the attachement hose is also too short, and it sucks-in on it’s self. Annoying…yes, but forgiveable because otherwise this vacuum sucks it’s butt off! Cat hair on my carpet is now a thing of the past!

The Furmenator works as advertised. We use it daily on my Collie Dog and we end up with a lot less fur laying around the house.

Like most people, I was required to read this book in the late 60s. I don’t have any recollection of being touched by it at all. I read it again in college, and either I thought it was all about disaffection and rejecting middle class values or I was told that by my teachers.

I glanced at it again over my daughter’s shoulder on a long plane ride a few years ago and couldn’t wait for her to finish so I could read it again. I was shocked to see that I had completely missed the point: it’s about Holden’s vertiginous fall into depression after the death of his little brother. His parents and his sister are all too damaged by their own grief to help him, and he’s struggling to feel something while avoiding feeling anything. These are familiar demons, beautifully evoked.
