What an awesome product.
Received my Kindle in South Africa, extremely quickly after ordering (thanks Amazon), eagerly ripped the packaging apart and literally tried for 3 minutes to carefully remove the picture that was “pasted” on the screen!!!!!…….only to discover that it was a screen displayed picture Seeing is believing. Screen resolution is awesome to say the least.

Since then I haven’t looked back, I’ve already ordered and read about 35 books in the few months that I’ve owned this product.

Don’t, however, believe everything that they say about this Kindle:
1) the battery does NOT last for two weeks with the wireless switched off – it lasts longer!
2) reading in direct sunlight…..OK…..it really works!
3) easy to download new books…nope…WAY too easy……my credit card is taking strain
4) ……now my mom wants to claim it for herself…….will probably have buy her one for Xmas / Birthday.

Pampers Bulb Infant Pacifier

Both our sons love this toy. They both have sensory processing problems and problems with fine motor control and the toy helps them with both. Our infant development specialist recommended it and it was an instant hit. The 3 yo loves to stack the cars on it and has fun imagining what the anilmal drivers are doing. Our 17 month old plays with it, too. He loves to push all the buttons and listen to the noises and sounds it makes. It is good for developing fine motor control as they play with all the pieces. It’s also stimulating enough to keep their interest. Like I said, it was an instant hit and after two months they both still play with it frequently. It’s durable, they haven’t broken anything on it and our boys are rough on their toys. I highly recommend it.
VTech Infant Learning Pull

It was really hard to find a helmet that would fit my son’s head. He is 19 months and this helmet is the only one I could find that would come close to fitting. It is still a little big and the straps are kind of confusing to me. I think it will fit him better as he grows. But it works and is confortable on his head. He hates wearing hats or anything on his head and this doesn’t bother him at all.

My instance of this thermometer always reads low and varies between 1-2 degrees in consecutive readings. I just don’t trust it at all.
