I had some problems installing this, had to be done twice. I wish it would integrate or replace my Microsoft Office 2003 but instead I seem to have both on my computer so when I open an old document, it’s opened with ‘03 and sometimes I accidentally open the old Word. I wish I just had ONE Word so things didn’t get confused like this. Could be doing something wrong, but it should be easier than this, it’s not like I never use computers, I’ve been using Microsoft and Word for at least 15 years.

Other than that, I didn’t like the tool bar change from 2003 to 2007 that took a lot of getting used to and still have to spend some effort finding somethings. With use, as with everything, it gets easier. And all in all it is fine, it’s not like I would go back to only using 2003.

Book Review of Artemis Fowl, by Eion Calfer

GREAT! (4 stars)
Artemis Fowl is an action packed suspenseful book. The action is constantly shifting and keeps you on your toes. You would think one thing was going to happen and it would then totally change to something else happening. The main character is Artemis Fowl, an eleven-year-old kid who’s a criminal mastermind and he has the highest IQ in Europe and he’s a millionaire. Other characters are his bodyguard Butler, and Holly Short, A LepRecon Captain. If you’re wondering, yes–she is a fairy. Artemis Fowl is an evil, greedy, selfish character. ” I don’t care if I put the world in grave danger, the world isn’t me, and I will be rich.”

Butler is a highly trained warrior-bodyguard for Artemis. “Very well captain the beast shall live another day. Luckily for him I’m in a good mood. Holly is the first girl LepRecon recruit. LepRecon is a swat, CIA, Special Forces team, for the Fairy’s. Artemis fowl is a book about Artemis Fowl who wants to steal some of the Fairy’s massive amounts of gold. This book is SCIFI realistic fiction book. Most of the time this book is set in Ireland but many other places too. A book I have read like this one is the young bond book. Its like the fowl books because it has lots hi-tech gadgets just like Artemis fowl books. And lots of the same suspense, life or death kind of suspense. But by far I think the Artemis fowl books are much better and that Eion Colfer made a great book worth reading.

Linux Slackware 7 line

We bought the Kindle 2 in March of 2009. We kept it in a leather cover and it has never fallen on the floor or been mishandled.
It is now broken, and we have to replace the $359 device.

We would not recommend this fragile device. At this price it should last more than 16 months.

Buy at your own risk.

I’ve never written a review before but after reading various reviews I decided to give this a try. I found this book to be entertaining and a fun, easy read. It did not open up my eyes to the treatment of blacks in the south, nor did I find it very thought-provoking. I do agree with vernaculars used in the book – there is very much a class issue there. Those of the upper-crust spoke well, those of the lower-crust did not.

I think it’s important to see this book for what it is – a good, easy read. There is no hidden truth in this book. The author was attempting to explore her own complicated relationship with her maid. It is obvious that she did not do much research and that she wrote from a very narrow view point.

It does, however, open the doors to other books. It makes you think about these women and their culture. Too often in books the help is just relegated to the background. Here the author discussed their churches, their life, their neighborhoods. It showed that these women had the same struggles, the same wants. I found it upsetting that black men were mostly portrayed negatively. The few that were portrayed in a positive manner were used to provoke tragedy – as if the “white man” kills or maims the only “good” black men available.

I recommend reading this book with those flaws in mind. Read it as a work of fiction and not one of enlightenment. If you find it interesting then I recommend you look for other books at the black/white dilemma – Toni Morrison, Alice Walker, W. E. B. Dubois. Read one book from a white’s perspective, read one from a black’s.

Sick about Deluxe Filter 7 Piece

It took me a while to warm up to reading this book. I didn’t have high expectations, but decided to given in to the hype hoping I would be mildly entertained, it’s a teenage book how bad can it be? WOW! I am concerned for my teenage nieces now. There are so many bad messages being sent to teenager in this novel, I really think the writter should have taken her time to consider her target. First, Edward is NOT a teen, he may look like one, but he is over 100 years old!!! and should not be anywhere near teenage girls!!! That is NOT LOVE! and I don’t want teenage girls to think it’s acceptable in any form. Second, Bella- don’t know where to begin with this girl, the other reviews said it best, whinning, martyr, hormonal, irrational, etc. NO girl should have such an unhealthy fixation on a man, she is very selfish, she wants everything her way or she will do anything to get it regardless of what pain it may cause her family, Edward, Jacob whom she claims to love so much. I don’t think she is as much a doormat to Edward as Edward is to her. He gives in to her demands like the parent of a spoil brat. The writer’s attempt to give her enough guilt, concern for her parents and friends are so weak, just made her more annoying. Jacob, could have been a very good character, I could have rooted for him, but again, the writter made him into another selfish, manipulative bully. Jacob wants to force his kind of love on Bella, she loves him as a friend, but he is determined to have more, no matter how many times she tells him “no” to the point of kissing her against her will, forcefully, she hurt her hand trying to stop him (this part is really disturbing to me, it’s a symptom of a larger problem in real life)and her father’s reaction to it is very “boys locker room”. Jacob again gets to kiss her by emotionally black mailing her with the old “if you won’t be with me, I will let myself be killed”. I had “Jacob” type of friends in my life and is not romantic at all. Mad about Figures 7 Spirit The

Don’t spend lots of money on HDMI cables when you can get them cheaply on Amazon. Unlike cables used for analog audio and video where poor quality can affect the quality of the signal, digital signals either make it through the cable or they don’t. In the case of the DVI Gear HDMI cable I bought for less than $3 (including shipping!) it worked, so it is as good as any other cable for a fixed installation. I use the term “fixed” because there is an argument for spending more money on a higher quality cable if it is used for portable equipment that is going to be connected, disconnected, and wrapped up many times. In my case however, this cable meets my needs while saving me lots of dollars that would otherwise be wasted on a name-brand (do I hear Monster) cable.

CROSSOVER 7 PACK 10 for good

I’m having trouble finishing this book. I just want it to be done with. I knew it was young adult fiction. But, there was so much hype with the movie and the series of books that I thought I would read the first one. It’s just not well written and very predictable.

Moreover, the characters leave a lot to be desired. There is a mother who reviewed the book stating that she was concerned about young girls reading and falling in love with an overbearing, controlling man rather than a vampire. I agree with her review. I had the same thoughts about the male in this book. I would not want my daughter reading this as a love story.

I would not recommend this book to any woman – young or old. I am truly disappointed.
