I love my Kindle. Book space is no longer a storage issue. I can download a book in seconds…no wait time. You can also order a sample of a book for free before purchasing to see if you want to purchase it BEFORE buying it (also it takes just a few seconds to download). I already ordered all my books from Amazon before. No shipping costs anymore. Huge cost savings and I can “carry” all my books on one small device. I really hope more magazines will be available though as I enjoy reading magazines, too. I purchased a great leather cover for my Kindle at a reasonable price right here on amazon.com. You really cannot go wrong. It is extremely user friendly and you do not have to be tech savvy at all to use it. The screen is sharp and clear, nothing like a computer screen. Recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing. I see they have the newer version at a lower price now. Love the dictionary and ability to highlight also.

2) Memory transfer fast enough to take large pictures (~3MB each) in my camera’s “Burst” mode (~1.3 pictures per second).

I absolutely love my Kindle! Great glare free screen, easy to operate and love the convenience of downloading books whenever I want. Its compact size is great for travel or commute and it keeps a charge for at least a week.

MS 2007 OFFICE PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE: I had read other reviews of the new version and with talking with others decided I would have to upgrade from 2003 Office Pro to Office Pro 2007. Yes, I am starting to love it… but why do they not tell you where the print button is? It is hidden under the icon on the top left! It sure has many bells and whistles. The learning curve took my productivity from 100% to 25% for about two weeks. But now that has passed I am back up and running again. I am in my fifties and so maybe if you are older thinking you can’t learn… well you can! Just have patience and lots of time on weekends to go through stuff. I did hope I would maybe get on offer to upgrade cheaper to Office Pro 2010 since that just came out… but to date have not gotten that. All in all I would upgrade because sooner or later you just have to keep up with the times.

Works exactly as I expected, based on the reviews I had read. Our dog is a short haired mix and he was really shedding bad in the Florida heat. The FURminator works.

Time And Space Feat

Had to have it for two new computers to access older version of Office files, though the updates are cumbersome to wade through being used to Office 03. Don’t really like the “improved” presentation of each. Tabs changed not necessarily for the better. Sometimes newer isn’t better. It works for what we needed it to do. Would rather have been able to purchase the older version for less. Progress? Not necessarily.
