Twilight to me, was a horrible book. I’m actually shocked by how many ppl like the books. People talk about how sweet the relationship is between Bella and Edward and I’m just in awe thinking “What relationship”. Their union is founded on superficial terms only. Bella fell in love with Edward’s looks within a week of meeting him, she wanted him. It had nothing to do with her personality, which is almost non-existent as is his. I’ve never read a book when the main character telling the story was so dull. She blabs on and on about how she missed Phoenix and blah, blah, blah, but she doesn’t let you know why. Did she have any friends in Phoenix, what kind of things did she like to do in Phoenix? do any of her old friends contact her in Forks? Did she ever have a boyfriend and a boy she liked before? She such a boring character, I feel sorry for anyone who can identify with her. (Please, socialize more.) These two, when they got together, the only real info Bella could tell Edward about herself was how clumsy she was as if that’s an endearing trait.

I swear, I couldn’t even get through the book, I had to stop reading it because it was filled with so much fluff and mary sueism. Why does everyone in town fawn over Bella, It’s not like she’s the nicest person you could ever meet. It’s not like she’s approachable or outgoing? And she comes off as snobbish as if she’s only humoring the small town folk when she does converse with them and she makes sure she’s an outsider by eluding their company whenever she can. I mean, damn, what is so great about this series with it’s repetative, non-cohesive writing. The book reads like a 12 year old’s boring diary. So much so, I felt like I was in a time loop, rolling around and around in this story that really wasn’t going anywhere. And the little action that I did make it through was based solely off of Bella’s stupidity, like wanting to be alone in a strange city and needing to be saved by Edward. I could have done without that dumb

Hey,
I know that there are a ton of reviews on this thing.This one is for the non techy AARP’s. I’ve had my Touch for a month now. I bought it to replace a Dell pocket PC that I used for my GPS and to carry around some medical programs I use at work. The touch opened a whole new world of podcasts to me. It does all the stuff I need at work,but in addition when I’m in the car I can play podcasts instead of using the radio. The interface with i tunes on my PC is very easy. I also enjoy carrying around all the photos that are on my computer that have been magically transfered to the touch. I can show off my grand chidren to an ever widening audience. I can’t get and Iphone for a bunch of reasons and this thing hooks up to wifi hotspots easily. It has issues with my home wireless,but that is moot since I see now reason to use it in that mode at home. Finally, I’ve dropped it a couple of times and it is none the worse for the trauma. Don’t let the $300 pricetag deter you. This thing is worth its weight in gold. Roger.

It’s great if you don’t need outlook and the rest of the programs that the other Microsoft Office Programs have. Especially for school. My kids needed it for essays and presentations. I like the templates you can download from Microsoft Online.

This is my first GPS type device and I really like it! Now, I am free to walk/run all around the area and can get the exact mileage. This eliminates me having to go on the same route day after day just because I know what that mileage is. I never used the heart rate monitor (yet) so I can’t comment on that feature. The basic workout display is easy to use and I like the interval beep that tells me when to switch from walking to running. I am still unsure about the software as I did install the CD but it is not very user friendly. Now, I don’t do my walk/run without it!

This baby food carousel was a good idea but it needs to be excecuted better. Every time I try to spin it around the shelf collapses down to the next shelf. I actually finally just took it off the counter because it was driving me crazy!
